Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of NAVAC governs the affairs of the corporation. The Board consists of six Members elected by NAVAC´s Membership (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 2 board members at large), the Executive Director, and six members chosen from the community by the Board of Directors.

The role of the Board of Directors is to govern the affairs of the organization.

The Board manages the activities of the organization through the Executive Director.
