Executive Director
The Executive Director is hired by the Board of
Directors to manage the day-to-day affairs of the corporation. The
Executive Director is also a voting member of the Board of Directors.
Directors & Management
Members oversee, coordinate, and manage the various
aspects of the organization. These managers, referred to as "Directors" at
NAVAC, are appointed by the Executive Director, and approved by the Board
of Directors. Each of these Directors is responsible for a given area of
business / activity within the organization. Their responsibilities include
developing processes to accomplish work, recruiting and training Members
to perform work, evaluating the performance of that work, and supporting
and rewarding those Members performing that work.
