Please be ready to provide the following information:

The type and date of the class you desire.

A phone number at which we can contact you regarding any last minute changes regarding the class.
An address to which we will send your certification. -
Registration for a CPR refresher requires the date of your last CPR registration and the organization it was taken through.
Note: Registration for I Drive Safely requires your drivers license number
Pre-Payment for Classes
To insure your reservation we need to receive your payment prior to the class. You can do this in a number of ways:
provide credit or debit card information by telephone (Visa or MasterCard only) mail a check to us drop-off credit card information, a check or cash at our station
Attendance, Cancellations, and Refunds
We understand that a situation may arise that prevents you from attending class. In order to provide the best educational experience to all of our students we need for you to cancel at least four days prior to the scheduled class.
Should you cancel your registration more than four days before the scheduled class we will schedule you in another class if you so desire, or we will refund your registration fee. Should you cancel your registration less than four days before the scheduled class we will schedule you in another class if you so desire, or we will refund all but $10 of your registration fee. -
Should you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or simply not appear for the class we will schedule you in another class if you so desire, or your registration fee will be forfeited.
NAVAC strives to meet our commitments to our students, and it is a very rare instance in which we have to cancel a class.
NAVAC does not cancel classes for weather-related reasons unless a state of emergency has been declared. Should NAVAC cancel a class we will schedule you in another class if you so desire, or we will refund your registration.
